Your donation to the Friday Foundation enables capital to be accumulated, which is then applied to items of significant capital spend, which will have a positive impact on the capacity of Mansfield District Hospital, Buckland House Nursing Home, Bindaree Retirement Centre, Mansfield Autism State Wide Services, Yooralla Mansfield Campus, Ambulance Victoria (Mansfield), Beolite Village. to deliver services to the community.
Community group fundraising
If you’re a community group in Mansfield and District, why not put together a fundraising project each year to raise much-needed funds to support health care in our district through a donation to the Harry and Clare Friday Foundation?
You could hold a fundraising raffle, trash and treasure market, auction or cake sale. Or try one of these great fundraising ideas:
- Rail trail walk, ride, cycle-a-thon: Create your own healthy fundraising event.
- Coupon books: Create coupon books with discount coupons from local businesses. Focus on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, St Valentine’s, Easter or Christmas.
- Fundraising Catalogues: Let someone else do the work! Toys & More, Cadburys, The Stationery Shop, Tesselaar bulbs, there’s something for everyone – you’ll find them online.
And remember, when fundraising, always set a time frame and fundraising target.
